re: Offseason Trade Possibility - Spitting Venom
I'd take Asik for 2/$20
I think our best options are a one year deal or a 4ish year deal. On a two year deal he still clogs the cap next summer, and then he is in contention for a new contract during the cap boom I would either give him a one year deal and use all of the cap s...

re: 2016 NFL Mock Draft's (Early but LSU related) - Spitting Venom
I checked out McShay's "way-too-early" 2015 mock from last May just as a reference. His top 10 picks weren't too bad, but after that he missed pretty hard. Mock (Actual) 1. Leonard Williams (6) 2. Amare Cooper (4) 3. Cedric Ogbuehi (21) 4. Dante Fowler (3) 5. Winston (1) 6. Ifo Ekpre-Olom...

re: Dallas vs. Houston - Spitting Venom
Houston for me, but my experiences with Dallas are pretty much airport Dallas. I have a buddy who started work in Houston, loved it, then moved to Dallas and loved it even more. I think you have to be in the right parts of Dallas to enjoy it. My experience in Houston is somewhat limited too, but...

The Cream Team - Spitting Venom
The New Orleans Saints are the trailblazers of the NFL, making diversity a priority. Stephone Anthony, Hau'oli Kikaha, and Davis Tull round out a diverse draft class and a new generation of Saints linebackers. Black, Samoan, and white: together, they form the Cream Team. re: *Not, Exactly what La'El wanted. - Spitting Venom
Collins is meeting with Baton Rouge police on Monday. Assuming that meeting goes the way it's supposed to, he could have an NFL team as early as Monday evening.
If this is something that can be cleared up in one afternoon, why didn't he do it before the draft even started? I don't th...

re: MacBook slow, maxing out 8GB RAM with limited apps open, spinning wheel. - Spitting Venom
I think the problem is solved. I upgraded my software again today (already had newest OS, but updated to 10.10.3). Still had spinning wheel. Went into activity monitor and killed everything titled "mdworker" in terminal. Then I restarted my laptop, held down shift when it rebooted, and everything se...

re: Greg Cosell on some of our picks - Spitting Venom
quote: Yall should go look at Walter footballs grade of kikaha. I don't agree but laughed at the "grade." I like Walter football, and I admit the pick was a bit whacky. But he had Kikaha going undrafted. I have no idea how.
Speaking of Walter Football, check out his power r...

re: MacBook slow, maxing out 8GB RAM with limited apps open, spinning wheel. - Spitting Venom
See, I always used "top" in terminal on my old MacBook. It was essentially the activity monitor and was easy to force quit non responsive programs in there. On my new MacBook "top" does not list all of the running applications. Not sure why. ...

re: MacBook slow, maxing out 8GB RAM with limited apps open, spinning wheel. - Spitting Venom
Yeah, checked activity monitor to see how much I was using. That was kind of my first step. ~7.9/8 being used. I quit programs and it goes to 7.6ish then I'll check back later and it's back at 7.9. Doesn't make sense to me. Finder takes up almost 250MB, mail takes up about 200MB, and one open ta...

MacBook slow, maxing out 8GB RAM with limited apps open, spinning wheel. - Spitting Venom
MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013). Recently getting spinning wheel in Safari. Pages don't often fully load. Had MacBook (late 2008) with 2GB RAM that ran great for 4/5 years. I ran JMP, GIMP, other high usage programs often and never had any problems. I haven't been running heavy duty programs, ...
