In one week I've seen backs blown out. People get the wind knocked out of them. Ribs out of place. 16 hour days. Cold. And we line up and do week after week of nonstop races until march
The g forces bobsled athletes are pulling on their bodies is something people are unaware
A bobsled athletes can experience around 5 or 6 G's in some of the harshest corners.
In comparison NASCAR running in ovals, G-forces are much less intense (2–3G)
So yes. Go down a bobsled track it ain't for the weak
