I agree that 15 is way too young to operate a motorcycle on the road. As a rider, I understand the risk I take every time I get on the back of mine. A 15 year old cannot comprehend those consequences.

There is nothing like paying someone to tell you what to do with the property you own. I would hate a neighbor that junked up the yard beside me, but he pays the note not me, so I really can't tell him shite about how to manage his property.
