It sucked. I'm not going to lie to you. The post-op pain and discomfort wasn't terrible thanks to the the meds and cryo-compressions (I think that's what it's called…it circulated ice water) they sent me home with. Not being able to use my arm was extremely frustrating. You'll have to be dedicated...

I couldn't tell you his exact professional title, but yes, patients come in and out of there all day. About 90% are athletes of all ages (obviously the vast majority are throwing athletes). ...
