Just followed the postings never posted, but after what I watched Saturday, couldn't hold back anymore, I wanted to see them let him go last year. I don't usually twitter either lol, but I learned how on Saturday lol. I have been a Tiger Fan for over 40 years and surprised Miles wasn't let go last year.
Miles is Not as good as many think

So Les won a Nation Championship after Saban left, anyone in Baton Rouge could have coached that team to a title, remember most of them were Saban's players and still had his training mindset.
So fast forward to 2012, Les gets to the title game against an Alabama team that we were fortunate to beat in the regular season. Does Les change his offensive game plan for the title game, well of course not, and Saban thought he had died and gone to heaven, all they had to do was adjust to what they did wrong in the first meeting and change their style for the game...... we no the end result, a very embarrassing loss, which by the way made it look like we shouldn't have even been on the same field with them. Good Coaching...think not.
Quarterback play, doesn't anyone think it strange that Jefferson, Jennings and Harris as well, all top picks coming out of High School, all underperform for Les Miles offensive scheme. He is not willing to build a team around a quarterbacks strengths but around a 1970's-80's outdated running game. Proof, look at Saban, year in and year out, he adjusts his offensive game plans to his green quarterbacks and builds the team around this, just like he did with our avaerage quarterbacks when he coached at LSU. But he knew what they were able to do and taught them to do it mistake free, this was all he needed to put wins up. Les doesn't get it and never will, Jimbo Fisher gets it, look at what he did with Florida State and is still doing. Its not the players, its the Coach and the Offensive Coordinator, that is who teaches the discipline and skills to the team, which is not happening at LSU. Boutte's late hit shows where the discipline on this team is, bad enough we lost, but that hit gave the program a black eye for at least a few more weeks.
The point is, Les really has done no more than produce 10-2 teams each season, the problem is he is being paid a lot of money to win championships, at the very least a SEC Championship. I hope this is his last season, we have a team with arguably the most talent in college football this season, the problem is we don't have the right coaches to make them great like they are capable of. I do hope we get Herman or Fisher, at least we all know that Fisher knows how to run an offense and develop quarterbacks. Think about it, the last three quarterbacks weve had and they all degress instead of progress during the season. Watch Alabama's new quarterback this year and watch how he progresses compared to our quarterbacks, you be the judge. Because with out a quarterback and a leader of the offense, it doesn't matter how good of players we get if they have no general to lead them on the field.
