I say we take the Alabama approach, play cupcake non conference schools and set up weaker conference teams like Kentucky and Vandy. Then we back our way into a National Chamionship without ever accomplishing a thing.

Why play a hard Wisconsin team, the media obviously doesn't care, they look at the eyeball test.
What is it with LSU students getting in fights with football players?

They will stomp on you and you will probably have the entire school ticked off at you for getting them in trouble. Just walk away

San Fran has a good roster, but it now looks like the rest of the division is catching up to them. They didn't have any bad injuries last year. This year they will get beat up more by divison teams

If Kraperneck goes down, who do they have ?? He ould have a sophomore slump in his 2nd year of starting

Also defenses will have a full year of figuring out against the spread option.

1) Roger Goodell gets caught w/ a Transgender prostitute and it ends all over the news. Wife divorces him and takes all his money

2) Greg williams looking for a job in football gets laughed out the rooms. Never to come back to football ever again

3) Sean Pamphillons camera equipment gets destroyed and he gets caught lying on a report he never works in media again.

4) that bastard (the former assistant) that started it all, gets caught for something really bad like child pornography thus shuned by the world.

5) hire Lovie Smith or some very good defensive coordinator.

6) Steve Smith gets banned along w/ Rhonde Barber retirement

7) Atlanta,Tampa, Carolina gets in trouble for whatever. and they get the one year ban and loss of picks

8) Home Depot declares bankruptcy

9) sign good quality players that are itching for a Superbowl

Can you imagine what Alex Smith is thinking. Last year he was on top of the world, everybody was saying how he turned the corner and on his way.

Then coach brings in the 2nd year player and now he is an after thought.

Well you are already convinced that Johnny Football will go undefeated.

In fact, they also need to put him on Defense. Then A&M will beat the likes of of the Patriots.

Chuck Norris has nothing on Johnny Football. In fact Chuck wears Johnny Football pajamas.

he could very well be the best player in college history.

He already is

He snuck up on everybody this year
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Probably earlier in year but by midway point there was no "sneaking" up on anyone, people knew how good he was.

Rest assure when he is in the open field, he will gets some extra chip shots.

So you endorse dirty play

no don't endorse it, but dirty hits happens

can't think of Qbs, just examples I used off top of my head

he will play like he played this year, but now some defensive coordinators will have all spring and summer, as oppose to a week to design a defense to try and stop him. So the sneaking up part is greatly diminished.

Keep in mind, he really didn't get hot until about mid to late October. La Tech went toe to toe with him. Beating Bama is what got him attention and Heisman.

Also A & M got better through the year.
This is why I believe in playoffs, A& M is the hottest team, they could have won the whole thing. Kind of like Giants(NFL) last year, got hot at the right time.
Those are some of the guys that had a great game or season and then fizzled out.

Not saying Johnny Football is like Maurice or even Collins, he could very well be the best player in college history.

But lets wait until he has played more than one year before we start freaking out about having to stop "Johnny Football". He snuck up on everybody this year, next year will be different. Let's see how he handles it.

Remember w/ his running style, he is one good hit from being out for the year. Rest assure when he is in the open field, he will gets some extra chip shots.

Keep in mind it's Oklahoma. The same Oklahoma that plays in the big 12, which is not as good as they used to be.

Is Oklahoma good? A little? But not great

They are living off the ghost of their past , kind of like Alabama.

Everyone wants to make Oklahoma better than they are.
If he gets the job , I hope he takes Spags with him

What jackass would hire him, he has already shown he would sell out a team to cover his arse.

Same thing for Cerullo, he wants to get back in the league, why would someone want to hire that rat.

re: Saints and Alabama fans

Because there isn't a pro football team in our state, so we can freelance. Some choose the Falcons, others pick the Saints. It was easy for me. "Saints" are good people, "Falcons" are birds.

ALABAMA is a "pro" team.
Things I would like to see this offseason

A stud Db (ball hawking)

a good pass catching TE to compliment Graham (ex. Hernandez/ Gronkowski works well for Pats)

a SS that can cover

a right tackle that can block.

Unload Will Smith, Roman Harpers salary on other teams for draft picks.
Do you guys ever just stop and think "man, i look like a girl crying over nothing" when yall bitch and moan about refs and bama? Bexause thats what yall look like. Its pathetic, really.

What is pathetic is Bama fans over on the Tiger board. What else is pathetic is you guys believe you are the best team

I take back the apology. frick Shreveport.

and that goes double for your backwoods redneck town you are from.

I wouldn't consider all Shreveport people pussies, but this guy certainly is.

Oh the internet is wonderful, where a$$hole doucehbags like you can insult people and not worry about it.

Who's the pussy now
I ment getting to the National championship game. You didn't deserve to play in the National Championship.

Yes you did beat us in the NC champ and I will give you that, and it is unfortunate, we didn't get a do over after that game. Lets face it, if the rolls were reversed , you guys go undefeated and win the SEC and lose to a team in the NC who didn't win anything to get there, you would still be pissed too

You enjoy this time, because it wont last long. Pretty soon people are going to get sick of giving your team the special treatment it really doesn't deserve.

re: what hurt the saints more this year

What hurt the Saints more this year ?????/

Roger Goodell gets a bug up his butt, trumps up a bogus Bountygate and no evidence. Dragging our name through the mud

and basically going all "Hulk " on the franchise. That is what hurt.

Hopefully Karma will go back on him 10 fold.

Rolls reversed you would be bitchin to Bama boy. By the way this is Tiger rant why do you hang out here??? How crappy is your site?????
