re: Where is Lester Earl today?

18 yrs old??? LMAO! Lester was 19 yrs old when he was a Sr at GOHS. Besides his talent his age alone played a major advantage over other HS players.
Tommy Charleville, a former assistant Chief of Police of Brusly was arrested last March for extortion.

Guess it's a West Side thing.

I won't bore you any further because most of this stuff is pretty apparent but hopefully Miles uses the disappointment from last years draft class so far in the NFL as incentive for the underclassmen to stay in school, both for the player and the school.

Jrs are upperclassmen. Just saying.
The Cardinals just melted in the series.
Hitters disappeared and not much of a bench to to turn to for help.
The Saints better get that #1 seed bc they have never won a playoff game on the road. Doesn't mean they won't but they're diff on the road.

That Dec 2 MNF @ Seattle will tell a lot.
Idk if I'd ever seen a game end with a safety.

Kinda like how WS games ended this week with the obstruction call (Game 3) and the pickoff (Game 4).
The mascot is prob just a distraction from those new uniforms. And to think this organization had plenty of time to come up with something that looked good and this is all they had to offer. Sad.

I used to HATE playing games out at Northeast, which we did 3 times in 4 years, because the crowd at the game was fairly intimidating and it didn't help that Doug Williams' brother reffed a few of those games.

His name is Mike Williams, he would also officiate HS basketball games too and he always had it out for Zachary. He cost Zachary a game in the Parish Tourn back in the late 90s against Woodlawn that later he admitted he was wrong but he took a game away from those kids that deserved to win. He's a POS.
I was on a coaching staff at a very prominent football program in BR...not too hard to figure out...that got it's hands on a playbook/hand signals from a former St. James asst coach. In fact I still have it along with the massive scouting report we have for every team that season. Even though this happend about 12 yrs ago the main coaches on this staff are still there today.

We already lost to St. James during the regular season and played them again in the playoffs. If not for a trick play late in the game and a missed FG by our kicker we would have won.

Diff asst. coaches i talked to were not aware of this until later on but this happens a lot more than what people realize at other schools. So many teams try and get an edge any way they can.

Not surprised. Seems like almost everyone jumping on the Heat bandwagon.
I think of the Grizzles when I first looked at them.

Congrats to the 1st grade class at Gentilly Terrace for the cool design. They rock! :dude:
Braves win one game and ppl think they won the fricking World Series.

Cardinals vs Braves

I would like to see these two teams play now but they won't play until after the All=Star Game. In Atlanta (July 26-28) and then in St Louis (Aug 23-25).

Without factoring in who the SP will be...I think St Louis still has the better team and would prob take 2 out of 3.

Any thoughts as to who you would pick???

Saw a HS player have a Quad Double once.
Name the issue. There'a not enough space on here and time to do so.

It's those who are on the outside and haven't coached in private or public schools at all or a limited time that don't know how things are really run.
It's funny to read so many comments. For those not in the know...it clearly shows.

In the spirit of lame names I could see them being called the PeliChicks
The Crescent City logo is tight but the "Bird-De-Lis" name is just lame.
