The original tiger head decal was actually taken from a picture taken of the original Mike the Tiger decades ago and the helmet decal was made from the picture. The photographer snapped the shot of an agitated Mike the Tiger who didn't appreciate being photographed while inside a cage. The story of how this picture came to be was published in the Advocate years ago with a shot of the original picture .
It was a cool story. That might explain why the original decal looks the way it does. It wasn't done by an artist like the most recent decal.

You got any proof that suggest there is nothing to worry about? That would make us all feel better.

The correllation is that 22 of the top 25 passing teams in the nation give a pathetic 350+ ypg average on defense. Over half of those give up over 400+ yds per game. Do you see that as a coincidence or can you see a trend?
What does it mean when a high powered offense scores every 4 or 5 plays from 50 yards out versus a team like LSU that routinely sustains 9 and 10 play drives and keeps it's defense off the field ?
Not much rest for the defense.
Defense is worn out in the second half.

What pathetic defense. 22 of the top 25 passing teams give up over 350 ypg total defense. Over half those teams give up over 400 yds total defense.


All of these Jello Heads nationally talking about how their team has such a great passing offense. Well, I guess they do have a great passing offense. It's really amazing at how bad the defenses are on the top passing teams in America. These teams have defenses that absolutely suck. These top passing teams play horrible defense. LSU and Alabama fans would have their coach fired within 2 seasons if they played defense as bad as these top 25 passing teams.



There are 13 teams from BCS conferences ranked among the top 25 passing teams in America. 10 of those teams reside in the Pac 12 and Big 12 conferences. No surprise here.

First post !! New to posting on this board and decided to finally pull the trigger and become a member. I do the message boards because when something big is going down in Tiger Town you can usually find the early details on the message boards if you're intelligent enough to sift through the clutter. Tiger Droppings looks like they've got some good posters. Been on Tigerbait for a decade and decided to come see what Tiger Droppings is all about.
