Can confirm. BiL is currently deployed on a carrier. He did not receive his ballot.
Seems like he’s picked against lsu all year.

He’s also terrible in the color commentary role. I watch a Thursday night game with he and Matt Barrie. Cousin Eddy was terrible. Long awkward pauses, poor analysis, no continuity with Barrie.
Riverside lumber in NOLA East has it
Also you will need a 120v receptacle that is close by to plug the tankless WH into.
How close is your meter to the WH? 3/4" will likely be fine but if you have a long gas run you may need a larger diameter gas line. I think the manual may have a chart you can reference. The swap is fairly straight forward. Suggest you use shark-bite fittings for your water connections as the ease of install cannot be beat. Go to your local plumbing supply and they can help you make sure you have all your parts. Check those gas fittings with soapy water.

Also suggest you go with Navien instead. Nothing against Rinnani (i have one on my house) but with the Navien you can vent out of the same vent you had for your tank WH. There is a separate intake for combustible air that will pull from your basement space. Thus no need for drilling new holes in your walls.

Remember to clean once a year with vingar. Search Matt Risinger on youtube to see how.

Good luck
The food and drinks are very good. The place does have a hip vibe with loud music and low lighting. Not sure if this would be the best place for older folks to relax.
I think you can use closed cell it's just harder to execute in practice thus the preference for open cell. With open cell your roof deck will be able to dry to the inside. With 2 inches of closed cell you have a vapor barrier and any moisture that finds its way to your sheathing will be trapped. I would also suggest you add a whole home dehumidifier if you go the fully conditioned attic route to ensure you do not have problems with high humidity in your attic. FWIW we have 8 inches of open cell at the roof line and a whole dehum and we love it. I think it really helps moderate the temperature in the house.
It is typically in the parking lot by the storage sheds. Ive only seen one size at Lowes though. Tractor Supply has more of a selection.
Hardins for Plumbing
Pabst Cooling for AC

I used them both to build my house. They ended up being two of my best subs. Attentive, affordable, and they both did nice work. It's rare those three come together.
Agreed. Elroy did a great install on my new build. Highly recommend.
Here to second Matt Edmundson. He’s just finishing up a job for me now and has been great to work with with. Honest, shows up every morning at 630 ready to work, answers his phone when you call, will listen to what you want done and can execute. Great guy
He's already in his trailer but out of the public eye. Baring any unforeseen circumstances, he should be ready to rock come sundown.
You heard it here first. LSU's live Bengal tiger will make his way around the stadium tonight. Here's to a great season. Geaux Tigers
After watching that video I'm pretty sure the '72 dolphins could not beat this team.

We went to Bouchon while in town for the TN game. Very impressed. I believe they advertise as "French comfort food." Also, id do dessert at french broad chocolates... probably will have to wait in line (line was out the door @ 11pm) but its worth it. Enjoy
Can anyone recommend the "LSU bar" in ttown come game day? I went to tn this past weekend and had a great time at Calhouns. Plus it seemed like there were >50% tiger fans in attendance so I was curious if a similar atmosphere existed in tuscaloosa. TIA
