How close is your meter to the WH? 3/4" will likely be fine but if you have a long gas run you may need a larger diameter gas line. I think the manual may have a chart you can reference. We went to Bouchon while in town for the TN game. Very impressed. I believe they advertise as "French comfort food." Also, id do dessert at french broad chocolates... probably will have to wait in line (line was out the door @ 11pm) but its worth it. Enjoy...
