Especially since there was disinformation posted (iqf fish) and a lot of questions. Sorry I wasn't trying to plug :)
Okay, thanks for the discussion. Maybe I can clear some things up... We are open. We opened on June 6th after passing DHH inspection. The first week and a half we only opened for snowballs but we are currently and from now on will be selling tacos, snowballs, and more. As far as fish... I want to be absolutely clear, I GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO SERVE FRESH GULF CAUGHT MAHI SUPPLIED THROUGH LOCAL SEAFOOD SUPPLIERS. It isn't always easy to get fresh Gulf Mahi but I am trying to establish a traditional authentic integrity. I am open to any and all ideas for additional or specialty tacos, though tilapia, redfish, anf catfish are not my favorite because they are by nature brittle fish that break up during the blackening process. I would much rather Black Drum, Swordfish, Wahoo, or Grouper. Anyways, I'm open everyday but Monday, cash only for now. Try us out, blog about it.
