Jim Rome's radio show is excellent. He and his listeners are very entertaining and knowledgable. He knows what he is talking about. He does lean heavily on the West Coast stories, but he is not like all the standard fare that you see in the fish wrap (newspaper) industry. He goes to his own beat. Mad props to him for recognizing LSU as the best team in the country.

War salespeople, softball guy, likes to fight guy, the left turn league, MMA and the #1 team in the country - LSU Tigers.

If you are not down with the TPN, its cool. There is a ton of other real estate to party on. If you are down with the TPN, come see us. The stories always get overblown about us. Most people get that it is just a bunch of dudes trying to have a good time because they love LSU.

The thing that always cracks me us is why people bitch that some of us are in our 30's or 40's. I don't get it. People in their 30's and 40's dress up for Mardi Gras, ride in parades, and dress for Halloween. How is it any different? All of these activities are about having a good time. I don't get the age discrimination. Its okay to have a good time after college. There is no quota on the amount of fun you can have in 1 lifetime.

Lou Holtz and Mike Ditka have the same amount of credibility pertaining to the game of football - ZERO.

Both are flashy names who's time has long past. ESPN propping these 2 guys up as authorities is the biggest joke in sports commentary. They are both no longer qualified. ESPN needs to get a grip on themselves.
