fire the blame javi!!!!!!

You are late bro. He's already been fired at least on the Rant.
FLAME MATERIAL:

We can't change the bats or the balls or the fences at Omaha. We would certainly like to have better hitting against excellent pitching when we get to the big stage. After all, other teams seem to have success. Some would like to fire the batting coach or even the head coach.

Why not fire the team psychologist if the LSU baseball team has one. Also get rid of the Mouton doll that these kids seem to migrate to when the chips are down. I personally think it is an embarrassment that one of the best baseball programs in the nation has a lavender and yellow doll as a good luck charm. And when they were down in the last game and the TV camera panned the LSU dugout, there was an LSU baseball player stroking Mouton; as if that would bring good luck.

I have a 4 year old grand daughter and when she is having a bad day she may cry a lot. I'd rather see the players crying after a heart breaking loss than stroking a doll.

And is it true that Mouton the doll has it's own locker in the LSU dressing room and rides on the bus and flies with the team to all the games....along with a can or corn? If this is true then the team psychology has to change, and if there is a team psychologist he has to go also.

FLAME AWAY!!!
So I'm looking at the pic. of TM7 next to Erin Andrews and thinking, this chick is like 5' 9" or 5' 10" and TM7 is about 2" taller? So is he standing on a box or what? Tigers have him listed at 5' 9" & 175. I think TM7 is taller / heavier than advertised. Hang tough TM7!!!

re: Route running a problem

I would make a very small wager (maybe not) that the receiver is running the route as designed. That is, a 6 or 7 yard route regardless of where the sticks are. He possibly won't be covered as closely plus the staff expects these guys to make plays after the catch (a.k.a.YAC).

Many years ago when I attended the ole war skule I knew a tight end who played for Cholly Mac and staff. This TE got graded down for doing just that; stretching the route to make a 1st down. In a game the ball was thrown to him, he made the 1st down, when he met with his position coach the following week expecting to be congradulated, he was reminded that the route should have been shorter. Graded down for it.
The Ducks will lose at least 1 more game this season...just a prediction...none of us know for sure. Both Auburn in the BCS & LSU have provided the key to defeating the Ducks plus many teams are doing, and are prepared for the hurry up offense. This is not the same Ducks from 2010 in the BCS. Love to see them run the table here on out but truly doubt it.

Great Shots!! But tell us the truth...you were actually sitting in the stands with a 3 foot long telephoto lens, right?
@DirklasDaDirk. Suspect ESPN3 will be blacked out in LA but not Game Plan. That's as good as it gets brah.
@InLesWeTrust - Some time in their football playing past these 'poor shulbs' had to be taught the technique of leg whipping. Kelley knows this is going on. It's still dirty football.
Check out:

LSU net has the game listed on ESPN Game Plan, PPV in LA Only & ESPN3. The LSU schedule link is an excellent source for all televised college games each week.

re: Leg whip penalties, why no replays?

Leg whips are coached and it's dirty football. I suspect the Ducks got away with that cheap, dirty play (leg whips, chop blocks, grabbing face mask) all last season.
Does LSU work on passing game against Northwestern St.???

You bet it does; too many dropped passes, too many errant passes, too much air under the ball, need to crisp it up. Also need some Mett. reps.
Regarding the Big Ten Network; they never replay a game where the Big Ten team loses.
Hey DuckButt, by now you should realize that during the season the next SEC team on the schedule is our biggest rival. Right now...it's us.
Unless Mett. breaks JJ's legs during spring ball, you'd better get used to JJ as 'da man' in 2011.
All the coaches motivate, Coach!
FWIW - the bat and mouse traps apparently did not work very well 'motivating' at UL
Not sure we need a coach who carries a bat, and spreads mouse traps around the locker room to 'motivate' his players...see Krag's bio.
