You most certainly can. My son and I went out of Crystal River Fl a couple of months ago. He got bored with soaking shrimp under a cork, picked up an artificial and had no problem catching nice trout while the rest of us soaked shrimp and drank beer.

I live in the area full time and the law is, if there’s a fishing pole in the boat then everyone in the boat over the age of 16, I believe it is, must have a license. Now being in a Kayak, I doubt you would get messed with, however on holidays there are as many as 5/6 law enforcement agencies on the water. Your bound to come across someone happy just to write a ticket.

Totally agree. I’m out of Orange Beach, last Friday they forecasted 1-2, it was more like 2-4 and 4-6 if not 4-8 coming back in. Sh*t was rough.

Flora-Bama is closed. Only their yacht club is open for takeout.

It has been extended till August 6th. The bite has slowed down quite a bit. I went out for about 5 hours Sunday and got 1 bite. Only thing I caught was a buzz. Oh well. Better than sitting at home!

Amen. I have a house there and the state lines and laws are interesting on the water.

It's been a few years ago but I was out with the wife and kids at the end of summer running the boat one last time before I winterized it and we were anchored in Panther cove, right across the main channel from yellow creek at Pickwick when I fighter jet came from the south towards the dam. Did a barrel roll right there above the islands at Dry Creek and hit the afterburners. My son who at the time couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 thought it was the coolest thing he had ever seen.

No wonder we got this deal. RTIC just announced they are redesigning all products listed in the lawsuit to settle it with yeti.
