Having just gotten into this industry recently, you'll be surprised to know that the suppliers for all of these restaurants are used by basically every restaurant throughout the state. It's more than likely a location issue than anything.

Overall quality is likely Walk On's hiring cheap chefs, which wouldn't be a surprise as restaurants grow.

Correct. A large majority of Walk Ons food (apps, sauces, gumbo, etc.) is manufactured, packaged and frozen in Belle Rose, LA then delivered via SYSCO.
Via being manufactured at that place off of Hwy 70 in Paincourtville/Belle Rose.

Louisiana Lagniappe Favorites

Louisiana Lagniappe seems to be a favorite of the F&D Board. Will be hosting several out of town guests and would appreciate the board's opinion on their favorite/memorable meals to suggest. Thanks.

***Appreciate all of the input. Sounds like anything on the menu will not disappoint.
Many restaurant's "proprietary" recipes are prepared in bulk by food manufacturers through NDA and are redistributed back to the restaurant by SYSCO, Ben E. Hill, etc.
