I was in there 1 night and Juneau was trying to get some action on a bowling game. he got a bite but he had to bowl the guy opposite hand.
20 people loaded up and went to watch the game. Of course Juneau won. Always action.
Another time Singh and I were playing and he made an incredible cut. Someone said he couldn't make that cut again. Singh offered to set it up again and bet 10 a shot. the guy wouldn't bet unless it was 5 in a row. I covered the bet and he made all 5. SO many good times.
I spent a lot of time in greenway. I used to give singh rides everywhere.
He was truly the best player i ever played with. He would give me crazy spots. last 5, break, whatever. It was really me paying for his time and him teaching me. Was a solid guy. Always told me to never do what he was doing.
Was always some good golf games on the big snooker too. Lots of strong players. Bear, and Danny Jones would be regulars if i'm remembering correct. Best action I ever saw.
Good times.
I can't wait to vote for whoever else is running against this POS traitor.
I worked at space port in Cortana mall for years in my teens. I was very good at all the games and top level at maybe 3. Missle command being my best overall.
There was one guy who was also very good overall and top level on a few but primarily defender. His initials were WCB. He was a true flip player. In tournament settings on defender you stop getting bonus ships every 10k after 9 and only get ships every 100k he could still play till he got tired.
I pretty much knew everyone who was good at every machine.
My manager encouraged me to play dragons lair to completion every couple hours because it drew a big crowd.
We had to repair track and field more than any game because of the fisting on the running events. We had to stop it. The pen trick was pretty common but the real pros used 2 fingers on each hand in perfect sync.
It was a glorious time.

My Covid experience

Posted by Danolim on 8/6/21 at 9:08 am
A little preface: I'm considered high risk because I'm mid 50's and My BMI is out of range but that's deceptive. I'm on the treadmill everyday(4 miles)and I do resistance/weight training 3 days a week. I consider myself to be very fit for my age. Not as good as I once was but.. well you get it.

Tuesday night my wife told me she had a sore throat and I didn't think much of it. I go to work Wednesday morning and I'm feeling fine. I talk to my wife mid morning and she tells me she is feeling way worse. Being precautious I go check my temp and I'm normal. Absolutely no signs of anything for me. wife is feeling much worse now and is going to get checked for covid. By now I'm starting to feel a very slight pressure in my head. not really a head ache but noticeable. I decide to go get checked. Took a couple hours to get tested and by the time I got to see the doctor I kinda figured I had it because I never have head aches. Indeed I tested positive. My wife as well.

By Wednesday night I had a low grade fever that ran between 99 and 101. still a slight pressure in my head but nothing that prevented me from sleeping. I slept great. I stayed like that for about 30 hours. Woke up in the middle of the night last night sweating from my fever break. Got out of bed this morning with very little lingering affects.
I know this bug affects people differently but for me so far it is what I expected. I had confidence in my personal health and fitness.
I'm actually happy to get this behind me as I believe we will all get it at some point.
Wife is actually doing better as well. She is younger and physically fit as well.
I'm only 1 case and I certainly don't expect people to see my case as a guideline for themselves but these are my results. Use as you see fit.

Anyone know of a place that is actually honoring wait list and selling for retail ?
Everything on line is resellers jacking up the price to 3x.
I've been on some waiting list but nothing so far.
Thanks
I really enjoyed going there for shows but I stopped going because they would constantly lie about the start times of the bands. If the place was packed they would delay as long as they could to get people to drink more. I understand it was business but if I go there for the music don't waste my time.
My most visited site. Great place to lurk
My wife has several of these hoodies. They are very well made. I've considered getting one for myself.
April Erwin is my wife's doctor. We are happy with her. She's also the only MS specialist in BR to our knowledge.
Take a look on facebook, there are several different groups that will give you the good, the bad, and the ugly in reference to the different drugs out there.
My wife takes ocrevus, which is a fairly new but highly successful drug.
Do your research and make sure you understand that all the drugs have side effects. Some worse than others.
I've never ran there but I was there during a big race. It's lots of changing elevation.
I think they started at Kona and ran north to the tip and then reversed and back down and around the south side all the way around to Hilo.
The west side (Kona) is the "dry side" but you can still get showers. The east side is the "wet side" and its very humid.
Having to run 150 miles I could see them running you across the island many different ways including over the peak of the island by the observatory. Maybe even through the volcano area. Its rough terrain.
No matter how they go its absolutely beautiful. I spent several days there touring and driving.
My refinery requires a minimum of 6 months in a unit before you can take it alone. You have a full year to meet those requirements.
We try to start new operators in larger or more complex units because your maximum time to qualify in each unit becomes less and less as you get your promotions and pay raises.
Some units are harder than others.
If your learning utilities and you have to learn all phases of the process it can take the full 6 months.
If you have cooling towers, boilers, Co-gens, air compressors, De-alks, softeners, etc. You should expect it to take a bit.
Remember that the utilities are the heart of the refinery and you have to know what to do in a outage without hesitation. For this reason we normally don't start new operators in our utility section.
Good luck

I have Nicks in 2 leagues. Im gonna start him for sure in one casue my next best option is J Jones.
In league 2 I have a issue cause I have Cruz. I'm thinking Im gonna swing with Cruz and hope for the best.

re: Commish situation - advice needed

I'm Commish in 2 leagues. We had one team start a bye week player and it appears that he may have given up at this point.
Becasue it wasn't discussed before the season started I dont feel that changing the line-ups as Commish is the right thing to do.
If you find someone to fill is spot you might wanna pass it by the league.
THe best option IMO would be to have the current team owner find a replacement.
