The last 3 games should all be wins

There is no such thing as a sure win for ND. :dope:
A Golden quote in a taxi cab on the way home from the bars last year:

Me: "So why did you choose ND, man? I mean, why play here instead of Tennessee or somewhere in the SEC."
Golden: "Well, man... one word: edge-ju-cation! Tuition here is what, fiddy thousand dollas a year? Four years.... thas like half a million dollas!"
Was in Morrissey. Off-campus now.
Walls got beat twice on deep balls last week, but luckily the receivers couldn't catch a cold. But I don't think Robinson will be throwing all over us... like I said, maybe one or two lucky big plays.

He will make big plays on the ground though... I can't wait to see Harrison Smith take more horrible angles to the ball and get his ankles broken.

She was at the game this week, too (I figured that's why they were talking about her). Walked past the student section and everyone around me was going crazy (girls and guys).

Luckily most of us in my part of the student section were too drunk to notice and didn't get hysterical.

She was on campus in the spring while her brother was visiting ND (he's a freshman here this year).

It was an absolute frenzy. Pathetic girls going crazy and asking for pictures and crying and shite. Some losers even painted their bodies up and ran out on the quad to meet her.

Overrated.
While we did look good running the ball, and we FINALLY seemed to grasp the concept of tackling, we did it against Purdue. We'll see how good our D really is against a very mobile quarterback this weekend. Brian Smith showed flashes of last year's piss-poor QB containment when he didn't stay home on Marve's TD run. We MUST contain Robinson, which will surely be a more difficult task than last week's.

We do have a couple advantages in that it's a home game, and Michigan's secondary is suspect, which is clutch because Crist showed that he is still an inexperienced QB. He has a great arm, but his accuracy and the decisions he makes can be questionable, as is expected from a first-time starter. The O-line looked decent, but Crist got sacked a couple of times when he should have stepped up in the pocket or thrown the ball away.

If we play to our potential, and don't make mistakes, I think we pull this one out. However, I foresee Michigan having a couple of big plays with Robinson scampering around and having a couple of deep passes that will keep them in the game. We have to get Floyd involved more and hope that he can make the big plays that he's capable of (and hold on to the ball).

I see this one coming down to whoever has the ball last, winning on a late score.

If this injury does indeed mark the end of his career, I was lucky to have been there in person, and witnessed my favorite Brave's last game/hit/web gem.
