Sync Macbook to Iphone

I know this should be a simple solution, but, i have not updated my phone in a while and i want to get all of my items in unison.
i just got a new Iphone. i have had a Macbook Air for a few years now. Well, a lot of the stuff on my Macbook is old or synced to a bunch of old numbers i no longer need.
What is the easiest way to sync my computer to my Iphone. Basically, i want to totally update my computer based off of what i have on my phone at the current moment.
any help appreciated. :cheers:

As a kid, had labs all of my life. I had a female that had 2 litters for a total of 17 puppies and we kept one of the males. Both great dogs.
Now, I have 2 Australian Shepherds. The older one is very protective. Both are very loyal and both are high energy. Very good with young children as well.

Also, does anyone put either of these guys ahead of Mike Evans with his recent struggles?
I have AJ Green and Antonio in my first 2 receiver spots, then have a 3rd receiver and a flex to fill out of Crab, Diggs, Evans
