I rather we recruit for needs than for stars. There are a lot of teams that get ranked high every year for recruiting and they just to finish because they didnt't recruit to the team. They recruited for stars....

I said in another post and I'll say it again. People need to quit worrying about where we rank in a recruiting class. OP hit the nail on the head. LSU is recruiting for specific needs and not to amass stars and "elite" recruiting rankings. UT recruits for stars and has a top 5 class consistent...
