Ketoconazole, the generic form of Nizoral, works the best. It won't cure it forever but it will knock it out for about a year. My doc prescribes it once a year...you only take the pills for about 1-2 weeks and that's it. It magically disappears for about 10-12 months and then you repeat. It's worked as described for years. good luck!
re: Where were you when Morris hit his CWS winning HR?
Posted by The Geauxfan on 2/14/12 at 9:29 pm to barry
'96 CWS was my graduation gift from my parents. My parents thought I was crazy when my buddies were headed to Cancun and I wanted to go to Omaha.
I was about 5rows off of the right field line at Rosenblatt, just short of the warning track. A perfect birds eye view of the winning shot.
The whole sequence seemed to take minutes but in reality was only a second or two. From my seat it immediately looked like it wasn't gonna fly far enough but as we know, it had just enough.
Greatest sports moment ever. A day I will never forget. Partying with the players afterwards, drinking with Skips daughters, signing autographs b/c fans thought I was a player. Memories for a lifetime.

He is a private trainer for high school athletes. Essentially, training and prepping high school athletes to prepare them for the recruiting trail and college athletics.
This is a pretty lucrative business in Texas. Parents pay top dollar for this personalized 1on1 training.
Too bad on the possible DWI. Craig is a good guy and a true Tiger.

re: Things to do in DALLAS
Posted by The Geauxfan on 6/5/11 at 8:01 pm to justind21
I live in the metroplex and Dallas does have a lot to do for any one.
If you like sports: catch a Rangers game, take a tour of Jerry's world (pre-game), tons of golf courses (some really nice ones but pricey).
If you like food: tons of great restaurants all over the metroplex
If you like music: there is almost always someone worth seeing each week
If you like gambling: just an hour to Okla. or 3 to La
If you like girls: Just go anywhere, there are plenty to choose from.
Etc, etc.....
My point is, there is just about something for everyone.....just do a little research.

goes down with an injury on a kick return?
How many ranters would argue that he shouldn't have been returning kicks because he was too valuable on defense and arguably our mvp?
I (among others) take the stance that you play the best players, at every position, every opportunity that you can. This man is a beast and will be a legend when he leaves but I'm willing to take the chance of him going down during a return, all the while giving us the best opportunity for success when he's in.
That being said and knowing how the rant rolls - I can see a large populus arguing that he shouldn't have been returning kicks for this very reason.
So what say you? Take your stance right now. Will you hold your peace on the rant if this scenario played out? Or would the sh!t hit the fan?
Oh, and by the way, I damn sure don't want to find out who's opinion is right or wrong!
God Bless the Tigers!

is favored to win the West. So, in order for our Tigers to get back to Atlanta we certainly have to beat 'Bama. Who else does Bama lose to that gets us back to the SEC CG?
Predictions??????
Bama Loses to Arkansas, LSU & Auburn (gets the spoiler at season's end and punches LSU's ticket to Atlanta).
Let me hear ya'

My wife and I have since moved to Dallas. We have about a dozen friends over each saturday. We have converted all these Big 12 wussies to SEC fans. SEC all day - LSU is always the prize fight.
Beer during the day, Whiskey/Rum at night. Always something on the grill for snackin' - pork, boudain, sausage. Usually rotate the main course each week - gumbo, jambalaya, red beans, saucy shrimp.
Men in the "Man Cave" & Women in the "Kitchen". Oh, and a stoagie or two.
Can't forget the stoagie!
Damn I can't wait!!!!!

re: Judging Lee on ONE game last year
Posted by The Geauxfan on 7/23/10 at 9:21 pm to Moustache
1) Let's take a look at QB performance comparison '08 v '09
Lee - Pass Eff. '08 was 116.9
Lee - Comp% '08 was 53.2%
Lee - TD/INT '08 was 14/16
Lee - Avg Yd/Game '08 was 170.3
Jefferson - Pass Eff. '09 was 137.2
Jefferson - Comp% '09 was 61.5%
Jefferson - TD/INT '09 was 17/7
Jefferson - Avg Yd/Game '09 was 180.5
Based on the numbers alone - which one do you take to battle with you???
2) Agreed, '08 our o-line play and running game were vastly better than '09 - yet Jefferson still out performed Lee based on the numbers alone.
3) I don't know a Tiger fan that wasn't shittin' a brick every time Lee threw a pick in 2008. Most of us were saying the same thing - "Give me a QB who can manage the game enough to not make risky throws."
4) Give Lee another shot? Ok - He got his second chance and Lee almost single handedly lost the La Tech game (a far inferior team). Who of us didn't think that game was in jeapordy at some point with him behind center. I could feel the Tiger nation saying in unison "Here we go again!"
5) So Jefferson doesn't have the deep ball threat that Lee that brings. He also doesn't have the INT threat Lee brings.
All in all, I think both QB's are lacking what is needed for a championship run. But I will take my chances with Jefferson every day of the week. I still don't get the Lee is better than JJ arguement. Did these fans just start watching the Tigers last year?

If any other qb play 10 games or more - OVER

Win or Lose today or in the bowl game, LM still gets another year. I don't think the same can be said for Crowton. I think Crowton has to win the last two - impressively - to get another year. I'm not really sure who replaces him but a change is not only needed but warranted! I am a true homer but a realistic one. Losses don't hurt recruiting as much as bad coaching. Another coaching year like this one and we won't even sniff a nationally ranked signing class.
