Creole styled gumbo is not my favorite. I prefer mine with a dark roux and the kitchen sink added...okra, the trinity if you know what I mean, good cajun style sausage, seafood, and a lot of old school cajun spices. Oh yeah by the way, Shreveport is East Texas.

WHEN YOU DO IT AT AS A FRIENDLY GESTURE IT IS FINE. WHEN YOU ARE DRUNK AND ALL IN THEIR FACE IT IS RUDE. I HAVE BEEN THAT GUY WHERE I WAS DRUNK AND A GROUP OF MY FRIENDS AT A GAME WERE ALL IN AN OPPONENTS FACE. THAT WAS RUDE BUT A HECK OF A LOT OF FUN. :cheers:
