Actually I don't think u do got it.....
--pretty sure we had the top recruiting class in the nation 1 year ago
--the entire offense was bad this year...u can say the running backs were not involved either
--shep seemed to get lit up every time he played this season
--Lafell won't fall to the third round
--our D is much improved from 08
--last year's class will start making a difference in 2010, not this class... we return several starters from last year, with upcoming talent from the 08, and 09 classes.
--Boone signed with us

miles is doing the right thing here. why not open the competition for field general up? a little competition for the job should only make each guy work that much harder. each guy should benefit from it. miles will have the best guy under center come august.

imo were better off with an experienced signal caller. i think throwing RS into the fire at qb next season is the worst thing that could happen. we would be in the same boat as last season if they start using RS before he is ready. i can see him used in the slot or even occasionally at qb to use his legs, but the team is better off with JJ
