Get your facts straight. The completion date was December 23, 2008 and it is now April 22, 2009 according to the contract. There are many reasons for extensions of time: rain,owner changes etc... As I said before, they are finishing early, by exactly 3 months.

That was for Killernut! It drives me crazy to hear that shite. The fact is that the contractor is actually going to finish early. The first game is not their completion date per the contract.

The rendering shows structural glazing and the actual installed is standard storefront. It was changed.
The horizontals are required for bracing, they could not come out.

I'll give you a hint.
Look very closely at the windows in the rendering and then look at the construction photo. Do you see a difference in the frames?
Also, those are structural beams and not all sturctural members require spray applied fireproofing.
