Get your popcorn ... here it comes

I know a guy who contributes to the LSU budget (I've seen with my own 2 eyes at least 1 officially licensed LSU shirt in his house). He also attended LSU (for at least 1 semester - I personally witnessed this since we took a class together... I think it was Biology 1012 or maybe Anthropology ??). He is also no further than 6 degrees to Kevin Bacon (cannot officially confirm). He was at someone's house who officially has cooked for some LSU fans and that guy told him about someone who had been drinking crown and coke told him what this other guy heard. (Names purposely removed to preserve anonymity).

I am paraphrasing since I can't remember each word.
Saban is done with Bama. He's become the greatest ever and has nothing left to prove to those morons. He wants a new challenge but also doesn't want to start another rebuild as HC. He's been talking to his mentor and it came up that Woodward had been told that William Belicick was a good coach in the NFL but unproven in the college ranks. At first, Woodward told him he wasn't interested because he wanted a proven NCAA champion. Saban told William (name will shorten to Bill for remainder of this post) that he knew Scott and would talk to him. Scott told Saban the same thing, but Saban countered with naming himself DC. Scott of course retorted with, "well Nicky, that's wonderful but who's going to coach the offense. You can't score every f#$%ing point on defense." Saban said he understood and would get back with him.

Saban has been reaching making calls the last few weeks and just got back to Woodward last week and said he found an OC, Lincoln Riley.

I was skeptical at first but look at the facts;

1. Belicick has got the Patriots back on track to show it wasn't all Brady. Nothing left to prove after this season except hasn't won a Natty.

2. Saban also has nothing left to prove and hired 2 former HC's to his staff. Random? Or are these his potential replacements.

3. Lincoln Riley quoted saying he will not be the next HEAD COACH of LSU. Why not just say he's not coaching at LSU next season. Guys like that don't leave out details. That was purposeful. Also, extremely competitive and realizes he can't keep his rep up after Oklahoma moves to SEC.

4. Woodward has been reportedly working on potential candidates since before the season...about the time Bill O'Brian was hired.

Conclusion: No coach announcement yet because Bama has SEC title game and maybe playoff. Coincides with NFL playoff timing. The ONLY wrinkle is the early signing period. Oklahoma is not going to the playoffs hence the reason Riley's name is coming up in recruiting. He's getting a head start until HC and DC show up.

We ridin' Dawgs?

P.S. My friend asked me not to tell a bunch of people so please try and keep it quiet for the next few weeks.

re: The truth about the LSU job

Posted by themul56 on 11/28/21 at 3:58 pm to
It's true. Some people need to stop and think about it more. How good is this job. Despite all the positives, the expectation is too regularly beat the best coach ever, and that's just to win your half of the division. Or your fired after 3 years and chances are your coaching career takes a step back. Or you can be at another program and make millions for 10 years at a decent program and not have to deal with that shite.

More and more LSU fans start sounding like Texas, Tennessee, Nebraska, etc. Expecting everyone to just WANT to come here. The negatives could outweigh the positives or at least be equal to some. I know I'd take 5 mil for 10 years over 10 mil for 3 yrs and have to go back to a coordinator role or something.

re: 2 Grand Slams in 1st Two ABs

According to Baseball Reference, there have been more than 3.9 million innings pitched over 145 seasons of Major League history. And in only one of those has the same player hit two slams

• Take a typical power-hitting cleanup batter, who hits 30 home runs in a full season (600 plate appearances).

• That cleanup batter gets to the plate in the first inning 62 percent of the time, and 1.7 percent of those plate appearances come with the bases loaded. Just 5 percent of those chances result in a homer.

• Even once the first slam is done, our hitter stands just a 1.5 percent chance of getting up to the plate again that inning. In this scenario, 21 percent of plate appearances would have the bases loaded, but once again, the home run occurs 5 percent of the time.

The end result: odds of 12 million to one for this particular scenario to come to fruition.

I will agree that LSU is making dumb decisions about these coaches. If we hire 1/10th of the experts in these forums, we could get by paying them pennies compared to all these high paid guys with experience and qualifications and winning records and National Championships. Whats the average salary for posters in here, $75K. Probably could double that and pull these horses in to run the show and we'd never lose a game, have all 6* recruits, and triple our profits. LSU would just start sending checks to the fans.
I'm in. GEAUX Tigers. #LSUISF'D
Also, when they decide to start recruiting again they need to look at the studs from abroad. I remember LSU getting Craig Hamilton from Scotland and the dude set tons of records that still stand and was top 20 or so in the world ranking. Can't build a program with local only talent. In fact, they should bring that dude back as a coach or something and let him help recruit. Always a bonus to have a former stud talking to recruits. See Kevin Faulk.
Does anyone know how to find her, I have googled her and can't find a chrstine burbank artist

The exteneded the size of the living room and added to the side.

The market analysis came from an appraiser.

It is a house with log siding. The seller said she had no problems with the house loan, but she had problems with the insurance.

Lease Purchase

I am wondering if this is a good deal.

I have bad credit and buying a house is not an option now or any time in the next couple of years. I have the option now to lease purchase a house. Here are the facts;

market analysis on house:$209,000
Log Cabin House in Watson, La with 2049 sq ft. living space, 3 br., 2 bath, with 2 car garage, a small pond with Koi fish, on .67 acre lot. The house is 18 years old with a kitchen that was added on 4 years ago and a new roof and A/C was installed. It has wood floors on approximately half the house with an upstairs master bedroom and bath.
I can lease purchase this house from someone who is buying another house because this one is too expensive. No down payment and asking for what she owes on house which is 175,000. Just take over the house note with no extra fees. I work construction and usually get overtime, but factoring no overtime into the equation I gross 3400 per month after taxes. The house note is 1463 which included insurace etc. I estimated my monthly bills with house note, gas, electricity, cable, trash, water, food to be 2500 per month.
