This is dead on...come on people we very well could be 5-6 right now! We have NO excuse for the way the defense has played. I have supported Miles from day one but always had this year pin pointed as the year he would have to do it completely on his own. Say what you like but if you discount the fact that Miles has had coaches on the field (Hester, Flynn, Steltz, Highsmith, Dorsey etc..) then your not living in reality. If there is not MAJOR improvement made next year I hate to say it but I hope that we move swiftly and decisively to cut our losses and prevent any further damage to the program..

Let's make the mother of all assumptions and say that LSU and Bama are undefeated and OK. stumbles making it a 1 v. 2 matchup. Combine this with a few sexy details (Saban's return etc..) Where does this rank in the history of biggest games at TS and what do tickets go for???

Couple of questions...
1-Why not run the end around to holiday (the one we fake up the middle to the rb) after they started keying on Scott...just to keep them honest..
2-Why wait to implement the slip and bubble screen till last drive..seemed like we could have used earlier to spread the field?
3-Opinion- We can not afford to go into the Charles Scott shell against MS. State..they have a decent defense we need to implement as much of the gameplan as possible to get our offensive as much experience as possible..
Otherwise sooo grateful for the win and the 1-0 SEC record..

doesn't surprise me..he was a fat soft little Mississippi private school kid that leaned of a few kids and played one year of 5A football his Sr. year. He was totally worthless as I personally saw him get dominated several times by smaller kids that year...He was pretty much a joke..

all SEC schools have to play 1 raycom home game every 2 years...State is a done deal for 11:30 just like it was 2 years ago..they win last night and we win next week different story..

Can LSU's D allow less than 100 points in the reg season...couple of shutouts maybe??? Will not have the offensive fireworks to pull the starting D late in many games this year so probably not many garbage TD's for the other teams...I think we're 4 games in before someone scores 10 in a game..Thoughts??
