I don't know what they would call it, but they would only serve one dish. Every day. At every meal.

And they would never, ever, ever make any adjustments or changes to that dish, no matter how bad it tasted.

The kitchen would always cook the dishes right, it's the waiters/waitresses that aren't doing what they are told.
