There are a lot of weird rumors floating around. One would think this would be open and closed as they have camera footage, it's just so odd nothing has been said. People in the neighborhood need to know what happened. If it was a suicide seems they would have announced it a long time ago.

Jen Racca, the council member in the district is running for Justice of the Peace or something, you would think she would want the police to update the public on what is going on. Maybe she doesn't want people to know what happened until the election is over which would be insane.

As to Esplanade...Vey lost pretty much all of his wealth in a terrible software investment. If my memory serves me correct, Rick Hartley and David Vey agreed to place profits from Esplanade in an account to fund future projects, requiring both parties to sign off on access to the account. When David's investments turned sour, he wanted access to the Esplanade account and it ultimately caused their partnership demise. When David lost his money his wife left him, as any decent supportive wife not out for money would do...
