One other thing.

The Yell Leaders are weird.

I saw a bunch of different social media & folks from all over posting from the game. That social media account from Germany, Freddy, who went viral for his World Cup journey through the South, another prominent SM guy from the UK who had never been to college football.

Not sure if “great” minds think alike is a stretch… so let’s call it a bunch of dudes having good taste when it comes to a good time.

We were there Saturday for A&M. Amazing experience

A quick note & Will update more later.

First, I still need a couple of recovery days as I started feeling sick Thursday evening & spent Saturday literally shivering even though it was 92 & I was sweating bullets. But I was safe, did a lot of hand washing, did my best not to make anyone ill (short of wearing a mask in public) - so my apologies up front. But I went Saturday without a drop of alcohol. Just pounding Powerade & water all day. Apologies for being out in public while sick but I wasn’t missing this. If I got any of you ill, DayQuil on me.

Second, I have lots of video & I am trying to cut it up to put it on YouTube or socials. Barring that I posted some stuff to Twitter if you are interested LINK

Third, the campus, you all, the party, the game, the experience… AMAZING!!!

In my defense, in college I was a line cook in a Cajun restaurant. Granted it was New England Cajun so I understand the eye roll. BUT I’ve had gator and understand the importance of a good roux.

First off, a huge thanks to everybody who provided insight. Thanks to all of you and convincing me to change our tickets to Texas A&M and convincing me to splurge on good seats.

It looks like we may be attending one of the biggest games of the season. Your team is a monster and in the back of my mind I’m thinking they may be playing for the #1 ranking.

We would probably be in at least an hour early. To walk about the whole place, see it from all the angles - plus team shops, food, whatever.

Awesome advice thank you! We ended up getting A&M - really hoping it gets the night time slot as it should be a good match up.

I got 211 so definitely hoping to avoid the sun. Mid field lower bowl is always good, but I found a good deal on aisle seats. I imagine we will walk around the stadium a bit during the game as well so I didn’t want to disrupt anyone getting in & out of the row a couple times.

We got A&M it’s TBD so I’m holding out hope it is a night game. Should be a decent match up worthy of the time slot.

lol. Last year’s loss was soul crushing.

Please try to separate our football from our basketball & look upon me with sympathy.
