As a Museum member, I'm one to go early in the morning, sit, and watch and listen to all the videos. Check whether they have any speakers when they are visiting, because occasionally a historian will give a speech about a particular battle or group.

I don't like the guided tour as much, since I prefer to sit and listen to the audio clips and watch the accompanying video clips. I'll be in one spot for 20-30 minutes at a time.

You can always pause the tour, go do lunch, and come back in; it's never been a problem for me, as I've spent 4-5 hours inside touring many times. If you plan to listen to every audio clip and experience everything in one day, plan on 6-7 hours of your time.

Didn't the owner own the homebrew shop in Baton Rouge for years before opening? He wasn't just a homebrewer who decided to brew beer.

I went for lunch every couple of weeks because the $5 tacos and 1/2 burgers were a fantastic value. Will miss this lunch spot when I can get out of the office.
