I left when Vandy was shooting there last free throws, it was around 20 seconds...and why do I have to stay, I went to 18 games this year and stayed to end of almost all of them...what's the big deal? Did my absence disturb your enjoyment?
I don't care what you do. I just don't understand the thought process of leaving with 30 seconds left. If you've stayed that long, why not just wait till it's officially over? You don't beat THAT much traffic by hanging around a couple extra minutes. If you left at the half or with 9 minutes left, then you left for some reason. But why not just stay till the end and even though we lost, show your appreciation to guys on the court who gave it their all.

Well, sorry I was one of them, me and my wife have to get up at 3:45am...I wanted to get home and go to bed...sue me.
Would the extra 5 minutes the game lasted have killed your nights' sleep? I don't leave games early, but I understand that sometimes people have to. But when there's 34 seconds left, why not just stay? Do you really beat that much traffic? I know I had no problem getting home after the game, and I stayed for the ceremony afterward as well.

really? hm.
Yeah, we didn't have a tailgate set up we just kinda wandered around the campus all day so we brought our drinks with us. Early in the day we'd try to hide our drinks when we'd see cops but as the day we went on we realized that they didn't care. I was shocked that we didn't get questioned about our age or anything.
I actually had no problem with the Auburn cops. I thought they were much more laid back than the LSU cops are on gamedays. We walked around with an ice chest and open beer cans all day and were never stopped or asked any questions about it. I can't imagine doing that in Baton Rouge.
And we took Wire Rd. and were at the interstate in about 20-25 minutes.

Whats the usual cut off for bowl game?
Last year I think it was around 150.
I think should only count as 5 points. Because for some people it will be impossible for them to make the trip. They should not be severely penalized because they can't make a last minute trip to Dallas/Shreveport/Atlanta.
But who knows what the ticket office will end up doing.
