student priority points

okay if the game gets moved will we still get 20 points for the game...or 5 b/c it would now be away or just not count the game b/c it wouldnt be fair to all the students b/c not all can afford to make the trip.
i think it would be fricked up if they counted it as 20 points and it was away b/c missing one game can affect if u get post season tickets or not.
with that said no matter where they play i'm going but i want to see everyone elses view on this.

Help me out new student here.. I will be at every game this season.. how can i calculate how many priority points i will have?

I think should only count as 5 points. Because for some people it will be impossible for them to make the trip. They should not be severely penalized because they can't make a last minute trip to Dallas/Shreveport/Atlanta.
But who knows what the ticket office will end up doing.

20 points for each home game, 5 for each away game. 2 for every priority point game for volleyball and soccer, maybe some basketball too.

Last year I think it was around 150.

that was all the home games (including the day after thanksgiving) and two away games. 150 is a good bit for only 7 home games. this year it should be more if we go to a bowl game within driving distance

natl champ game was 160 something i think, the sec champ game was 150 something, i think. last year we had to go to all events and home games to get the tickets. i ended up w/ 179 with home, away games and events i busted my arse and spent lots of money for those away games to get my points.

Definitely. The number will drop this year because companion tickets have been done away with.

it won't be counted at all. wasn't in '05 for AZ State.

yea, not counting it would be the only fair thing to do as this game will be on the fly (3 days notice to travel)...

i disagree, away games should count for more
it probably wont count if its away, but they should determine who gets tickets by priority points and nothing should be affected

You are guaranteed a ticket to the game being a season (student) ticket holder no need to break out the abacus for this one...
