LOL...The only reason you Bammers are any sort of relevant is due to the playoffs being like a welfare state nowadays, and even then it's 50-50 if you squeak in.

If they don't let half the field in anymore you guys are a Beef o Brady bowl caliber team. But don't worry...they'll expand them enough that eventually the Vols woiill get in again.

Always?

shhhh...You hired Lane Kiffen and Will Wade
Deboer has some success. Lane has been around for a while and at some programs that certainly had the means to get it done. I mean USC certainly had the resources.

Justin Fields. frick that guy with a cactus for playing the race card when transferring out of UGA. It was such a racist environment that his sister stayed at UGA to keep playing softball.

Nah. All of the QB nonsense of that time eventually led us to the Legend of Stetson Bennett IV who has 2 more titles than Fields. I firmly believe that we don't have 2 with any of the other QB's that were in play at the time. Dude just found a way. Fields, Daniels, and for that matter Beavis...I mean Carson Beck...they weren't it. I wish him the best and I am glad he left.

For the record since it came up in another thread I fully support Bennett's jersey being the 5th to be retired.

BTW, has he been cut from the Rams yet? There sure was a lot of talk about that after the draft. Yet all the talk out of LA is that he's QB2.
The only one that comes to mind is Jermaine Burton. Dude leaves for Bama and then starts smacking women to boot.
I want Clemson and FSU. I get that FSU isn't likely to happen because the Gators have a big voice at the table and I don't even begrudge them...I feel the same way about our ACC rival (Tech).

On the other hand South Carolina is the only school with major beef with Clemson and as they themselves weren't even in the conference until 1991 and haven't done much to uplift the conference with respect to football I could see them being told to sit down and keep quiet. This would not be the case with the Gators objections (Founding Members, multiple recent championships in multiple sports, etc.)

Clemson is always a great game.
If the SEC adds Notre Dame, of South Bend, Indiana, I'm out.
But LSU's coach doesn't have much postseason success at the HC level.

One time Tennessee had a 5 star receiver who announced that he was quitting the team to become a male model. That must've been a strange day.

I was really hoping this was true, but it isn't.
Aaron Hern is always the correct answer here. Pretty sure every Gator fan hates him."

Ironically most of the Gators I know really hate Urban Meyer, which seems strange. Dude must be a real jerk. Not a player I know.

Nope. And you still lost the game. And the next one...and the next one.

Auburn because we get them every season and I like watching good football games and also because screw the Vols.
Damn. Hope the kid can make a full recovery. Looked like a pretty bad injury

Is it fair to ask yet...

If not now, then when for the Vols. The knock on Heupel is that he peaks early and falls off in his tenure. Given the Vol's trajectory since his arrival if they don't get it done this year has he lived up to that? And is he on the hot seat?
Tommie Frazier in the 96 Fiesta Bowl. I know you said SEC, but he literally carried pretty much the entire Gator defense on one TD run.
Eh, I haven't noticed it to be a particularly difficult place to play in spite of the piped in noise. The last 5 times the Dawgs went up there the Vols have only managed to make it a game once...and they choked in that one.

Horns by double digits, the loudest noise you hear in the second half has to be piped in
Congrats. I really don't disagree. But putting that team in the greatest team ever discussions is idiotic given how the 2020 season went down. Half empty road environments and a championship game against a six win opponent cast enough of a shadow to squash such talk
