That is impressive, my old man did something similar, came home on a Friday in 7th grade and our entire backyard was dug up. My dad was on a backhoe that belonged to my uncle with a beer in his hand. My mom went crazy, he told her he was building a L shaped concrete pool for her since her name began with a L. We still swim in that pool to this day and that was in 1998. He did everything himself except for pouring the concrete base(he built the forms). I dont know if he was lying to my mom but he said it cost him about 12-15k, and this is a pretty big pool.
I disagree with paying 1000 dollars for someone to negotiate a car deal for you. I’ll do it for 900! If you think about it, it’s flawed logic because at some point the negotiator is going to be getting paid on both ends. The customer is paying the fee to the “negotiator” and if the “negotiator” has tons of clients, then dealerships will eventually get in bed w them and kick them back money for bringing them customers, even if the deals have thin margins, because the manufacturers pay large bonuses for volume. Over time the negotiator will be getting paid by the customer, and the dealerships he/she is driving their customers to, and all the negotiator has to do is tell the customer, trust me it’s a great deal, thats what you paid me for! It sounds like a good idea on paper, and maybe in some spaces it is a great idea, possibly high end exotics or classic and collectibles, but for everyday Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chevy Silverado, F-150 etc, etc its just another fee, and you can do it on your own over email or text very easily.

I wouldnt say its a rip off, but you cant get the 0 percent with the rebates, which on the 3.0 diesel is 3250, up to 4250 if you have a trade that is 2012 or newer. You can combine first responder or military w either the rebate or the 0 percent, but you cant get military and 1st responder. Only one private offer is stackable. It kinda makes it look like you can combine all those 500 offers but you cant.
Kirby smith was a total shithole. Its nickname was Vertical Africa when I was there. People would shite in the elevator, pull fire alarms, and the side doors were always propped open so you could sneak girls in. Aka “the whore door”
Kirby smith before they tore it down.(Obviously) At times I missed my friends but some of them came to visit. Lived with one of my best friends, and our suite mates were really cool. I am still friends with suite mates to this day and try to meet them at the MET for SEC baseball tourney when possible. We still text and keep up with each other. It was definitely a shock coming from a super strict high school, but some of my best memories were made that year. We moved off campus after that first year.

Lets focus on tint, not the fact that almost half the cars on the road in LA dont have insurance
The add ons are designed to make you so mad that you only focus on them and take your eye off the ball, so you feel like you win when they remove them but you are still paying full price for the car.
