Not in EBR Family Court. Lots of games go on. One judge even got kicked off the bench for 6 months for unlawfully imprisoning parents. Talk about abusive!!! The litigant that got his grandsons step mom incarcerated on the Friday before the Labor Weekend while dad was out of country on military duty was Deputy police Chief. Step mom was at school teaching 9 year olds. Great strategy to get you grandson for the long weekend!!!!!

Why do you think they were scrubbed? Divorce is very common. People should understand Louisiana Family Courts as your children, income, property, retirement, liberty and more are at stake. Who do you think is making that decision?
