I have some guitar picks from a few bands. Also caught drumsticks from incubus and Sevendust. Was able to meet sevendust after show and had them to sign the drum stick.
Best thing I got was a beer from deftones singer chino. He came on stage and cracked open a beer and handed it to me in the fro...

Simple changes can really help kickstart.
-cut out sodas and alcohol
-drink water
-get regular sleep
In addition to that, easy food changes. Diets don’t really work and are easy to fail. Eat more proteins to keep you full longer. Chicken, Turkey, salmon, cod, lean beef like flank steak pair...

Agreed. Had mine about 8 years ago. Whole procedure took about 10 minutes. Incision was so small that it didn’t require any stitches.
