I don't know if any of you guys have tried the fish soup at Gino's. Mama cooked it one night I was there and it was incredible. Very rare they have it but when I go back home I have taken people from all over the world there and they are amazed.

You are correct. I am friends with Laurence and he is tight lipped even with me but we met some of the old chefs and got a few recipes.
