I’ve tried this a few times and honestly, it does feel like a coin toss, especially on transatlantic routes. When I traveled with my partner just the two of us, the middle seat did end up empty once on an off-peak flight and it was awesome, but most of the time someone gets assigned there last minute or at the gate. Once we politely asked the person in the middle if they wanted the aisle (which they did), but I’d be nervous about relying on that with kids, especially since everyone’s travel stress is already high. I feel like it’s one of those travel “hacks” that only really works when flights are undersold, and that doesn’t happen much these days except at odd times. Most times when traveling as a family, we just suck it up and reserve seats together even if it means splitting the row, just to avoid the stress or weird scenarios. Dealing with home upgrades kind of reminds me of this, sometimes you hope you’ll save money with a trick, but peace of mind wins, which is why I always look for a reliable Ottawa windows companyl when taking care of big purchases.

I went through a similar window replacement project a few years back, had to do about a dozen at once. At first I was tempted by all the big name flyers, but ended up getting more quotes from local companies too. What really helped me decide was talking to neighbors and seeing who actually stood behind their work for years later. Honestly, paying for quality installation is worth it, especially if you live somewhere that gets extreme temperature swings, drafty or leaky windows aren't fun in winter.

For my place, I wanted something that was made for our climate and easy on the energy bill. If you’re in Canada, check out Canadian Choice Windows. They’re well known for sturdy installs and windows actually designed for the harsh weather here.

I tried a few Pilates classes when my gym added them last winter. My core and back felt it the next day, but honestly, it wasn’t nearly as rough as a tough HIIT session. What surprised me was how much it helped my posture and flexibility after just a couple weeks. It’s very different from HIIT, more control and mind-body focus than all-out exhaustion.

If you end up liking the classes, you might even wonder how much do club pilates instructors make . I heard it’s not bad, especially once you get certified and build up regulars.

Herb 2nd round tag was because of his lack of O. I'm no guru, could be as good as pippen (in time) if not hell still be important as a ron Harper Bruce Bowen type dude
Bad coaching doesn't mean they are bad players. Some could benefit us.
If we beat 3 top 10 teams, sec champs, why shouldn't we be in?
