Anyone have a parking pass that they aren’t using for tonight’s game? My 17 year old and his friend are determined to go to the game and I would feel better if they had somewhere to park instead of “just winging it” as he says!

For anyone that goes back in two years I highly recommend parking in one of the shuttle lots. SOC, NWCC, or Oxford High School. We parked in the SOC lot. Was a really nice parking garage and definitely safe. Shuttles were charter buses. Didn’t hit any traffic on the way in or out I guess bc of the location right next to Hwy 278. Bus drop off/pickup was right outside the stadium. Stayed in Tupelo, a little out the way, but to avoid sitting in traffic I would definitely do it again

Will be there! Think it’s going to be a great time and will be lots of LSU fans. Can’t understand what the paranoia is all about on tigerdroppings. People act like we are entering a war zone! Least of my concerns is a few random Ole Miss hot heads cursing at me. Been in much worse situations than an away game in Oxford

Any suggestions on parking for the game? Saw that you can buy a pass for some shuttle lots off campus. Anyone used these before and is it my best bet?

Just bought tickets in section R row 47. Tickets say visitor ticket so I guess I’m good.

What section are the LSU tickets in? Looking to buy two tickets and trying to decide on what section to buy.

I’m cooking a Pastalaya for a high school tailgate party with limited time on site. Anyone have any luck with browning everything down that morning and then cooking veggies and pasta after transport? Any suggestions or tips are greatly appreciated!

That’s the same conclusion that I came to. Looked around for a long time and a used truck with about 70k miles was marginally less factoring in possible future repairs, new tires, and never knowing how the truck was previously used. He is a good kid, straight A student. I always told him that if he did the right things growing up I would reward him. He hasn’t disappointed me one bit!

No just stupid! Used market was ridiculous when I was shopping around.

Veron’s supermarket in Lutcher. Buy 4 five lb bags of sausage and get $10 off. Works out to $5 a lb. Best sausage I’ve ever used at a great price. 20 lbs of sausage for $100. Freeze and always have on hand when needed. Pick up some fresh sausage while there and make a mean pot of smothered fresh sausage and gravy. Fixing a pot on my next day off!
