agreed, but he was not totally forthright in his interpretation of the events, still love the guy and he is about as honorable as you can expect from a coach...especially in the SEC...

Yes they do, or they wouldn't be in the contract...it's a deterrent from other colleges poaching your coach, but more importantly it serves as an insurance policy when he does....
