This goes to show yet again, that the Dems are not sincere in any of their actions. It's all political posturing. Instead of getting their bill passed that apparently is so important to their base, they pass on it because it isn't politically expedient for them at this time.
dems are trying to codify same-sex marriage protections into law so trumps supreme court cant toss out the protections it has now like they did Roe. dems need 10 republican votes to do that. they dont have 10 republican votes, that support you think the dems werent expecting does not exist.
this isnt going up for a vote because, as of now, the vote will fail. its that simple.

before that Payton Gendron drove over 3 hours to Buffalo specifically to shoot Black people because he was obsessed with the white "replacement theory" Tucker cant hype up enough. He walked into a supermarket on a Saturday afternoon and killed 10 people.
On the 4th of July this trump fan opened fire on a parade outside Chicago, killing 6 and injuring dozens more.
