I listen to Steve’s podcast everyday, he doesn’t believe their ganna let trump be on the ballot in blue states as a convicted felon in prison

We’re in the process of looking to join with others that have voted out, but some aren’t even voting bc they know they don’t have the payoff funds to do it. Our church did but the vote failed so now it’s a dead church with barely any attendance while we are left to now search out churches an hour away from home

My family is currently at refugee status bc it was setup to where your members must be at supermajority (67%)to disaffiliate when a vote is taken. We were at 62%. So the result is the buildings and land stayed with the UMC. So now 62% of the members along with the free labor,upkeep, and trust moneys they provided have been forced to either stay and admit defeat to Blessing Sexual Immorality, or hit the road and find a different church to worship Christ

Find myself in the same boat it’s not so much a lack of caring but rather prioritizing, like now I listen to verse by verse ministries 3 times a day instead of political podcasts

La gets a bad rap but I gotta tell u as a dad now following what goes on in the world, Rural Louisiana is still exactly like it’s always been, full of down to earth people that just wanna help each other out and do stuff for the kids in the community
