Most people do not know the following:
Mississippi currently has ZERO STATE INCOME tax on ALL retirement plans. 401K, Pension, etc.
If the State Income Tax goes to ZERO - then you are correct BAM!

No, not usually. The Mississippi River dumps into the gulf then carried West towards Texas…..UNLESS, the flood gates are opened at Lake Ponchatrain.
The Mississippi Sound is protected by several large islands, reducing the wave action closer to shore. The positive to the Mississippi Sound is the “ fish hatchery “ for much of the gulf.

I can appreciate the skepticism regarding Mississippi. Yet, old enough to remember Destin, 30A, Seaside, Orange Beach, etc in the ‘70’s & ‘80’s.
The good lord only made so many miles of beaches in the USA. Mississippi will also fill up as the other over build.
