Yes, creatine is one of the best supps to increase strength and high-intensity exercise. However, I'm really careful about it. I used to take it regularly, 4-5 grams daily for about 2 years. I'm not sure if it was the reason, but I started to suffer from arrhythmia. So, I stopped taking it.

It's not so easy. Despite the water lack there are way too much other triggers.
And I add to this just a few tablespoons of sour cream, and that the potatoes were on the fire for a few more seconds. This is a very tasty side dish.
