The OP of this thread asked, "How would you like the conference championship to be awarded each year?" This is the tie-breaking process for the SEC Championship Game:

In the event of a tie between teams competing for a place in the Conference championship game, the following procedures will be used in descending order until the tie is broken:

Head-to-head competition among the tied teams

Record versus all common Conference opponents among the tied teams

Record against highest (best) placed common Conference opponent in the Conference standings, and proceeding through the Conference standings among the tied teams

Cumulative Conference winning percentage of all Conference opponents among the tied teams

Capped relative total scoring margin versus all Conference opponents among the tied teams

Random draw of the tied teams

Head-to-head is literally the 1st one listed! Your "Head to head match ups have nothing to do with the current tie-breaker arrangement." comment is based on the CFP tie-breaker arrangement!

There is nothing hypothetical about my retort, because The SEC Conference Championship game is based on W-L within the SEC. UA already beat UGA and UGA already beat UM (Ole Miss), so UA is the #1 seed in the SEC.
FSU is not in the SEC, so UA and UGA have the same Conference record and UA already beat UGA!

I've been twice and did several days each time:

Grounds would go to Maker's Mark or Castle & Key.
Tour would go to Heaven Hill "You Do Bourbon" and Buffalo Trace.
Food would go to Willett Distillery, The Bar at Willett and Bardstown Bourbon Company, Kitchen & Bar and their tour is also good.
Gift Shop would go to Buffalo Trace.
Experience would go to Wild Turkey, got to meet Jimmy Russell and he signed several items. James E. Pepper Distillery was also a good experience. J. Mattingly 1845 Distillery is a unique experience.
Tastings would go to Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Heaven Hill, and Buffalo Trace.

These are a few small "Mom & Pop" type places and a few small chains:

I had Cubs Season Tickets from 2013-2019 and sat in SEC 137, which was changed to SEC 129 in 2019. If I didn't use my, Seats I Loved the Bleachers. However, I would not recommend sitting there with a child... The crowd can be rowdy and there are no backs to the seats. I'd recommend sitting anywhere in SEC 3-38, SEC 101-134, or SEC 203-232. If you choose the "200" SEC, don't get seats beyond ROW 6, because post may obstruct your view. Enjoy the game and Go Cubs Go! Here is a 3D Seatmap of Wrigley that is very useful: LINK

The Spleen's list is very good, here are 3 additional tours that I would highly recommend:

Bourbon 30 Unique Experience where you get to make your own blend from several barrels.

Independent Stave is the place The Spleen mentioned that makes barrels.

Castle & Key rivals Maker's Mark in the beauty of the property, it was originally designed by Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr.
