Happens often. MD writes for a drug that is not approved for the hospital formulary. MD notified by pharmacy that drug is not on formulary. MD selects another drug that is on formulary. Sometimes MD gets pissed. Most know the policy. In this case the judge is asking the hospital to ignore accepted p...

I’m with you if you can attached a study from a research hospital, or peer reviewed journal (JAMA, NEJM etc) that shows effectiveness against COVID in humans. Anyone can do a study and publish it but that does not make it usable in the practice of medicine. ...
