Maddy Dorbin just committed to the Gators.

But I think it's ok, I'd rather see 3 of that last visitor group commit to LSU.

That huge score might very well be her ticket to the Olympics.

Derrian Gobourne interviewed Zoe and Zoe said she's considering getting dual nationality (father is Jamaican) so that would increase her chances of making it to the Olympics:

Your video is incomplete, she did indeed have a fall. Here is a link to the complete video:

Nevertheless, great accomplishment qualifying to worlds! Congrats Aleah!

I agree, but at least Alexis is in the beam lineup again. And Jay probably should have put her in on floor a little earlier in the season to get enough experience before postseason.

Hopefully it's a good sign that Tori is listed as second alternate on vault and we will se her compete eventually this season.

How high are the chances that we could flip some walk ons as beam specialists to gain more depth on beam? I think Whitney Bjerken could be a good choice for beam.

Completely agree, please leave everything the way it is. It's easier to keep up with, if it's only one thread.

Concerning recruiting: Chio continues to be a standout in level 10. She now has the highest 2 AA scores nationally this season. This weekend she scored 10 on vault, 9.95 on floor and 39.3 AA.

Kailin Chio has dropped down to level 10. Wondering if she would consider graduating early and starting in 2023, if she's healthy enough to compete.

Really happy for Lexi, she was so consistent this year, she deserved this. Also in the interviews, her positive team spirit stood to me. I am glad she chose LSU and glad to know we have a commit who has the mental strength to hit her routines under pressure.

Florida retweeted Neff's post. Hope that doesn't mean anything... On a different topic: Does anybody know which colleges Charlotte Booth might be interested in, her recent bar work looks fab. She is from Florida though, might be tough to get her.

I really hope Riley does not have any insider info, but just misunderstood Neff's post. I do not want her to commit to Florida. Also Neff seems too social media savvy, to let Riley spill the beans for her. My guess is Avery will commit to LSU, I think she would be a perfect fit. She is a standout performer, there is no better stage for her than the PMAC

This is just a guess of mine, but I think Bryce does not have a full 4 year scholarship, but only a year or so. Otherwise we would have had too many verbal commits for 2023 last year, since at that time Lilly Lippeatt was still slated to start in 2022. Unless they always counted Konnor as a 2024 kid.

re: Remove

She already finished her bachelor's and is now doing her master's this year. That's why I am thinking she won't return.

Sorry, but I didn't quite understand your argument. Why would Konnor possibly deferring until 2024 effect the number of available scholarships in 2024? As far as I know, Konnor will start college in 2023 or 2024. So if she defers, there might be a fifth year spot for Alyona in 2023. We already know Kiya will not be here next year and I suspect Kai will not last a 5th year health wise.

If it's true what presshandstand is posting on twitter, then Konnor, Kaliya, Lexi, Kailin and Avery are all on a visit. Hopefully some big announcements coming up soon!

It's official now: Lilly Lippeatt is going to Clemson. Hopefully, Jay has somebody great in place to take her spot

Floor and vault now online as well.

Having seen her routines, I really don't understand why we didn't let her do all 4 events. Her bars and vault would have been great additions. I am curious how her second vault would score in NCAA.

Really don't think so. If that had been his intention, he should have given way more competition experience to the youngsters, to prepare them to be leaders next season.

re: Remove

She was already great at classics, hopefully she will be even better this weekend. Looking forward to the new season. Also, I think Auburn will be much improved, just watched Suni's bars from podium training and she looked impressive.

Does any other recent Olympian (who could appeal to potential recruits) have relevant coaching experience? How important is it to have college experience? Would an experienced level 10 coach be a good alternative?

re: Remove

I really hope so, I can definitely see her scoring perfect 10s on every apparatus.

re: Remove

Actually I think WCC would have been better for her. Konnor is incredibly talented, but often times I feel she doesn't enjoy competing or is extremely nervous. WCC seems more relaxed to me, so maybe this would help Konnor to calm her nerves and enjoy competing.

re: Remove

Do all of them still have scholarships available? I think at least Alabama has a buch of commits. But even if so, if the last year is any indication, I would rather not have Olivia Greaves on the team. Though she is very talented, she seems to be constantly injured.

It would be awesome having Aleah, Haleigh and Kiya doing AA next season. Hoping they will all be healthy.
