I told my little sister to go to college to be a nurse, which she is doing, because if you don't know by now from the endless stream of tik tok videos during a pandemic; nursing is one of the easiest fields of work with a strong 6 figure salary, respect, job security, and ability to work anywhere

I would not tell my kids to go to college or join the military like my parents told me. I would tell them to work a construction trade and start when they were 18, and teach them how to manage their money

Trump didn't need special forces to free Asange. He was the most powerful man in the world, and could have used his constitutional powers as president to free Asange and Snowden using the flick of his wrist to sign a presidential pardon. If he was serious about "draining the swamp" he would have done so, because no two people have done more to drain the swamp in exposing the crimes and true character of the establishment than Asange and Snowden. Instead of pardoning those champions of truth, he pardoned rappers who hate his guts (the exception being lil wayne who completely deserved his pardon and is nothing less than an upstanding American and individual). The fact that trump didn't to do so, unfortunately, speaks volumes to me more than anything he did. Trump, while a good American and president, is not the perfect savior some people wish he was; and that was one of the times he revealed a deep flaw and failed. He wouldn't still be president, but he would have given a huge middle finger and done something actually subversive to his enemies, and the enemies of humanity

Dual citizenship members of an ethno-state that has existed for thousands of years are in a compromised position, to be frank. It's tough for us, and tough for them. How could someone like Tony Blinken carry out his duties loyally and faithfully without seriously considering the interests of a nation he has deep blood relations with. Not saying I hate jews or they shouldn't have power or anything, but it is a reality that causes problems through a conflict of interest, and people are rarely willing to discuss it lest they get unfairly labelled an anti-semite for acknowledging reality. I guess it could be said of anybody whose family immigrated here, but the level of power held, unspoken nepotism, and kickbacks given by israelis is concerning to say the least

I knocked up my worst enemy on the day we broke up, and when I found out she was pregnant a couple months later I dragged her to get an abortion. She was crying and went to the back with a nurse, and I felt the greatest relief. They came out about 10 minutes later, and said she couldn't get an abortion because the doctor didn't want to do one on a crying girl, because it would bum him out too much. After that she decided she wouldnt get one. I was so pissed I didn't talk to her for 6 months, but the first time I held my son I knew she had made the right decision
and following through with the procedure would have been an enormous mistake; out of all the things i hate her for she redeems herself for that choice

Not to resurrect conservative vs porn argument, But, Yes, I don't care at all. My wife, mom, & sisters can do whatever the frick they want...I dont need the force of laws backed by men with guns to convince them what to do, I convince them by being a respectable man with convincing arguments. I'm not "ok" with it, nor would I tolerate it, but I wouldn't pass laws to try to stop it. Are you ok with your wife secretly wanting to be a hoe, but not doing it because shes afraid of legal consequences? Just like I think anybody who wants to smoke crack should be able to. Anybody who wants to buy guns should be able to. Anybody who wants to say disgareeable shameful things should be able to. It's called "freedom"; its the most powerful and virtuous value on earth; you either believe in it or you don't, and obviously you dont. What makes one person happiest may not make another happiest. If someone values money over their pride, they should be able to make that exchange, and we should all be able to pursue our own happiness. Obviously. this is one of my less popular opinions on this board, but I believe in freedom. They say under freedom that disagreeable opinions / speech is the ONLY speech that needs protection. Likewise, disagreeable actions are the ONLY actions that need protection for freedom to exist, and that includes drug use, prostitution, ect. Let people do what makes them happy, they'll do it anyways. I dont see how your arguments about "protecting" your women from porn are any different than Fauci's arguments of "protecting" everyone with vaccines and masks. It is controlling behavior based in fear.

I don't care that much about abortion though, I don't like it and I wish it didn't happen, and I think babies are people, but I just really dont care either way

Being opposed to porn and sex in general is a million times less popular, in fact there isn't a worse and less respectable possible political position. Porn, sex, and hoes are universally beloved by mankind, the things that make life great & the stuff of heaven. In addition to that, what of all the "freedom" talk the GOP loves to through around, as if they are on the side of liberty and libertarians. Its not even a real problem, like who cares, consenting adults ect. Then, half of the uptight prudish religious dorks that constitute the republican party turn around and want to outlaw porno. Lol, could there be anything more out of touch.

I dont care about abortion either way, but you do have a point, which is even better amplified in opinions regarding porn / sexual liberation

The kids these days protest for more conformity, more rules, more shaming, more adherence to social norms, are overweight, socially awkward, and are so confused about sexuality I don't even think they're banging

I really worry about the kids. If they ever stop rebelling just for the sake of it, all is lost and they've lost the ability to think for themselves. Glad to see some still have their balls

Chris Hedges is ok too, although he's a miserable debby downer who hates life and can find the cloud in every silver lining who reaches disagreeable conclusions. He is has interesting things to say and an insightful penetrating mind and a character of integrity (mostly) too

The Nazi's were a leftist authoritarian socialist movement in reaction to Communism. I would argue both Nazism and Communism were competing authoritarian left wing movements. They immediately created a powerful centralized authoritarian state, socialized all capital, eliminated religion, had racial pogroms and created racial strife, perpetrated genocide, and acted just like all communists/socialist societies do. Or you can keep saying the National Socialist German Worker's Party has ANYTHING to do with modern right wing in America (it doesn't). Enough with that historical revisionism already. There is communist literature I have read going back to the 1910s that explicitly says the only way to take down America is through promoting racial strife, and that is the way they will do it. It says a nation is only as strong as the weakest link that binds them together, and the racial binds in America are the weakest link that must be attacked. They have been saying this openly for 110 years and it is well known. One of the problems of living in a free open society like ours is that we have allowed them to say and do these things openly and legitimately, something we should not have. They keep attacking the weak racial link over and over, every generation, further weakening it, and it is nearly broken. That literature also says the end game is to make it so bad, that the US willingly splinters itself into 2 countries along racial grounds, something we often hear today.
