My wife is planning a girlfriends trip to Oxford and have one day set aside for a road trip to Tupelo. They need recommendations for lunch.

re: Cooking bacon in the oven is faster, easier, cleaner, and better tasting.

I have cooked using the oven method for years. bacon on a foil lined baking pan at 375 degree. never flipped the bacon. only rotated the pan in the oven after about 10 minutes to account for any hot spots in the oven. start checking on it after 15 minutes, it can overcook on you quickly.
Ribeye Roast

I will spare all the details as to why ...
I will be cooking a boneless ribeye roast to be served as Prime Rib at the family Christmas gathering. I cook a good Prime Rib using the reverse sear method. What would you do different when cooking the boneless ribeye roast?

Omakase Recommendations for Vegas
Posted by RoseRich Rebel on 11/28/22 at 9:09 am
Wife's birthday trip planned for Vegas in January. Her dining request is an omakase meal. My wife loves sushi and I'm OK with it. Please give me some recommendations for places to consider, with your experience and quality/cost comments.

We were walking one morning for exercise and looking for breakfast. We passed by Biscuit Bitch. Told my wife we didn't have to eat here, but wanted to see if they had a t-shirt for sale. We did pick up breakfast and a shirt. The biscuit was big enough to share and I wear my Biscuit Bitch shirt just to annoy my wife
Recs for Nashville

We will be staying downtown, so I would like some dining recommendations in the downtown area. One night will be at Grand Ole Opry, dinner nearby? Another evening at Ryman, dinner?
Dining budget is not a factor but want places allowing casual dress. No restrictions or ethnic preferences. Would like to get in a meat and 2 (or 3) meal for lunch or dinner. Thanks.

Sedona rec

We last visited Sedona 10 years ago and had to choose kid friendly places to eat. My wife and I are returning next week. Anyone have recommendations in Sedona or nearby?
