If you are eating 3,000 calories a day and only roughly 350 are coming from fat there is a lot of chicken breast and rice in your future.

You are correct that forging doesn't, but different irons have different CoG and MOI that affect flight, no? Shaft, angle of attack, and dynamic loft are definitely the key contributors, though.

To the OP, if you are having a hard time lifting P790's I would think you need to look into shafts or your swing because they are designed to help players lift the ball.
