Brian Kelly's old and worn out.. He was going to sent to retirement in 3 years @ ND anyways.. not a big loss for us.

re. From 1994 to 2011 Notre Dame was only a middling program with just two double digit winning seasons in an 18 year span. They only finished ranked 7 years in that span and only had one top 10 fi--------------------------------------------

Are you kidding this is not a lateral move it's a downgrade. ND is a national brand a true blue blood that recruits from coast to coast you are comparing it to some little regional university only important to people living in Louisianan?

ND has played LSU 4 times since 98' and we are 3-1
This decade ND is 2-0 against LSU..
If you look at last 10 year record ND and LSU are almost even yes you had a championship during that time and we did not.. We are putting ourselves in a position to compete for one pretty consistently just like Oklahoma..just not getting there yet.. One of these years lady luck might smile and we pull through just like LSU did last year.. There is not a huge gap between LSU and ND..
