Picking up Jost Van Dyke cell towers is an international service $$$$$.
The USVI requires a negative covid test within five days of arrival.
Might want to check into what it takes to get on to BVI / Grand Cayman with the covid restrictions.

This happens a lot. If your GFCI is old or it has flipped a few times it may not hold. The only thing you can do is change it or find a different circuit.

Get one because you never know what our government will do with their list (we all know they have one) to make criminals out of normal citizens in the future.

Also check his drivers license to make sure he's in state and or not a prohibited person.

We are 4 weeks out and are trying to get all of our stuff together? We’ll probably go somewhere nice to eat the night of our anniversary. Do any of you guys have any recommendations? Also, I’ve read a lot about dress codes online for the nicer restaurants and it seems that they’re pretty laid back. Would I look out of place with a pair of jeans, a nice button up shirt, and some dress shoes? Any other tips or advice that anyone may have is appreciated.

Morgan's Mango is a really nice place also. Lovango Resort and Beach Club is now open so you may want to take a boat ride over there.

I would definitely make reservations at any restaurant for dining at night.
We normally book VRBO but the owner of the house we rented gave us a really good price on renting directly through them instead of VRBO.

We’re thinking it would be better to rent a Jeep in St Thomas to put our luggage in and buy groceries, snacks, and liquor since its supposed to be cheaper on St Thomas. Is this true or a good idea? The only downside I see is not having a place to park in Cruz Bay at one of the Jeep rental places. If I don’t rent on St John, how is the parking situation on St John?

I have not rented a jeep on St.Thomas mainly because of the car ferry. The car ferry is about an hour ordeal one way.
You can rent space at Slim Man's parking lot right on Cruz Bay by the day or the week. Slim Man's also rents Jeeps. Or you could rent a Jeep at Sutton's and get free parking also on Cruz Bay.

I don’t want to drive to all the beaches if I have a private walk to Peter Bay Beach.

I went to St.John this past Thanksgiving and the beaches were packed. You have to get up early and get to the beach just to find a place to park. Sounds like Peter Bay Beach may be the ticket.
Also, we had to make reservations to most all of the restaurants in Cruz Bay.
Does anyone know if this affects the USVI?

Maybe this will help?

I assume the 1/26 timeline is if you are coming from a foreign country?
BVI requires a test when you get on their islands. They also require you to quarantine on an authorized sailing vessel for 4 days until results come in.
I have stayed on St.John several times for 7 days then switched to 10 days mainly because you will lose 2 days to travel.
